Working to develop counseling programs in various independent school settings, building advisory programs, counseling curriculum development, or one on one consultation with school counselors.  Developing larger Counseling Department programs, through working with administrative teams and making the needs of mental health more accessible.  ​

Providing case consultation and crisis-management planning for schools and organizations. Support focuses on strengthening systems, enhancing communication among teams, and developing clear, effective responses to complex situations. Guidance is tailored to help professionals navigate challenges with confidence, clarity, and collaboration.

Executive Coaching

Executive coaching includes both individual and team-based support. Individual executive coaching focuses on developing mindful and impactful communication, strengthening leadership identity, and improving decision-making skills in a one-on-one format tailored to the leader’s unique needs.

Team and organizational coaching emphasizes building cohesive teams, fostering collaborative problem-solving, and aligning leadership practices with broader organizational goals. Across all coaching formats, the work supports professional growth, effective management, and the development of leadership strategies that encourage positive, sustainable growth.
