Working to develop counseling programs in various independent school settings, building advisory programs, counseling curriculum development, or one on one consultation with school counselors.  Developing larger Counseling Department programs, through working with administrative teams and making the needs of mental health more accessible.  

Mentoring - Case consultation and crisis management planning within schools and organizations.

Executive Coaching provided -the focus is on how to be mindful with impactful communications, both administratively and with managing staff.   How to help make thoughtful decisions while balancing teamwork.
