

My Approach
I have had the privilege of working with adolescents and adults in both the school setting and individually in therapy for almost 20 years. I believe therapy is best practiced in a collaborative relationship, where the goal is improving one's quality of life through addressing symptoms of distress and developing goals for change. I provide evidence-based treatment that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. I provide a safe and supportive space to best allow for developing new coping strategies and achieving your goals.
